Our chef Josef Dury:
A passion for fine dining

Our excellent chef grew up in Lindenhof, helping out his parents from a young age.  He has worked in famous restaurants in the wider region, such as the Treschers Hotel at the Titisee, Ritter Durbach, and Traube Tonbach.  He took charge of the Lindenhof restaurant in 1995, where he enjoys creating innovative, fresh variations of popular classical dishes.

Fine cooking, completely home-made, with fresh seasonal and regional ingredients.

Apart from popular classic German dishes, we also offer gourmet menus for special occasions. Our house guests enjoy our half-board offer with a 4-course menu.

Our venison dishes, with game from regional forests, are famous in their own right.

We love our home, and value sustainability, therefore we rely on regional suppliers. Short transportation time equals fresh products and ideal quality.

We have long-term relationships with our suppliers and appreciate the quality and freshness of their products.

  • Bread: Freshly sourced from the 3 local bakeries right next door
  • Meat: From the artisanal butchers Faller and Hofacker in Bräunlingen, and venison from local forests, directly from the hunter
