We stayed here three nights and enjoyed the black forest area. The rooms are nice and the breakfast is delicious. Everyone that works here speaks good English which was great. Very central to a lot of wonderful places. We visited Zurich, lake constance, meersburg, hohenzollern castle, and Stuttgart. Loved our visit!

My husband and I have just been on a Shearings coach holiday to The Black Forest and stayed in this lovely family run hotel. The whole family and staff were so friendly, happy and helpful it was a pleasure to be there. We felt very relaxed and safe in this pretty town and got used to the church bells at 6am!! The whole experience was brilliant and the weather superb.

I stayed here for two nights when I went to the Black Forest, and it was great. The rooms were nicely furnished and renovated, it was located in a cute town, and it was close to lots of hiking (went to the Wutachschlucht and Titisee). It is a family-owned business, which is nice. The food in the restaurant was also amazing–I had a deer stew with spaetzle and it was superb! I would highly recommend this lovely hotel if you want to enjoy the Black Forest.

I stayed at this hotel with Shearings holidays and have to say this was by far the friendliest hotel that we have stayed in whilst travelling by coach over the past 10 years. The hotel is family run, and that is very clear. They are so welcoming and friendly and always around to check that everything was ok. They made you feel so at home. The food was delicious and it was a joy to try out local recipes. We were lucky as it was still very warm during the first week of September and we enjoyed pre-dinner drinks outside. We actually stayed in the annex of the hotel, which is directly across the road to the hotel, so I can not comment on the rooms in the main hotel, but the ones in the annex were lovely. Bright and airy. The hotel does not serve lunch, however the small town has 5 bakeries! The one directly next to the hotel does lovely cake, whilst the one next to the annex served the best (open) toasted sandwiches that I have had! I am looking forward to going back to Hotel Lindenhof.
